There are lots of case studies available at the libraries of the University of the Philippines Los Banos College of Agriculture. I suggest you seek assistance with the College of Agriculture -- don't go to the University Main Library. Your best bet is with the library within the college itself. There are also files on case studies at the Agronomy Library of the same College. Or you can try the library at the International Rice Research Institute (within UPLB as well).
