OCLC Online Computer Library Center, Inc. is "a nonprofit, membership, computer library service and research organization dedicated to the public purposes of furthering access to the world’s information and reducing information costs". It was incorporated on July 6, 1967 as the not-for-profit Ohio College Library Center. More than 72,000 libraries in 86 countries and territories use OCLC services to locate, acquire, catalog, lend and preserve library materials. I sit at a desk with a computer in the librarians office and i help students if they need help. Since I take some online classes, I do my homework so it passes the time. When I don't have homework, i have nothing to do and I am very bored( as i type this). I go on facebook, but technically I am not allowed and the librarians dont want me on there. Im 20, how can you expect me NOT to go on facebook when you put a computer in front of me. The semester ends on May 1rst. and the new semester starts May 10.
