Q. i have 165 units. do managers have any rights. it seems we have to give into the tenants whether their wrong or not just to keep from being classified as being unfair. tenants destroy property and then harrasse management about it. what rights do managers have if any? i need help. i'm tired of getting walked over cursed at, finger pointed at etc. is there any help for managers?
